Coaching is strategic...

Coaching is the strategic process of improving satisfaction in work and life. Coaches work with clients to help them discover their true desires and determine the best steps to take to cultivate those aspirations while honoring their values. Engaging in the coaching process is a powerful way to improve all aspects of life, some of which may be:

  • Making a career change, excelling in a new role, or starting a business
  • Spiritual direction, connection and integration
  • Getting unstuck in any area of dissatisfaction

But how will coaching help me?

Coaches focus on your hopes and aspirations and believe you are completely capable of finding your own path to fulfilling those desires. The role of the coach is to ask questions and help you define and plan your future. Your desires may be as vague as knowing you want a change or they may be crystal clear dreams you’ve had for years. The problem is, sometimes desires are sabotaged by an internal voice that insists that you don’t know what you truly want, you don’t have the answers, you don’t know the steps to take, or you’re not willing to take the risk.

That’s exactly why coaching is so beneficial! Coaches come alongside you to help you find your focus. Coaches will:

  • Guide you by asking questions, listening, using intuition and empowering you
  • Increase your level of self-awareness
  • Call you forth and challenge you in ways that your friends and family may not
  • Hold you as creative and capable
  • Take your further than you imagined possible

Together you map out your journey.

The bottom line is powerful change in your life

You may simply need to give yourself permission to desire more from life and focused time to flesh out your dreams. The coaching relationship has power for change because you intentionally follow the decisions you make to improve satisfaction in your life and have someone to hold you accountable. Your coach provides the structure and support needed to prevent distractions from impeding your dreams.
