About Jenn Peppers

I have been coaching people for several years through the various corporate and non-profit leadership positions I’ve held. My eight years of experience in human resources management, team and meeting facilitation and project management have all contributed to my growth and development as a coach.

My educational background includes a Master in Business Administration and undergraduate business degree with an emphasis on human resources management. I attained my coaching certification through Coaches Training Institute (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach). I have also completed a Leadership Development Program through the Center for Creative Leadership and attended, designed and facilitated a variety of management and leadership training courses.

My current volunteer activities include serving on the Board of Directors for a $1M non-profit faith-based organization and acting as a corporate liaison for the Women’s Vision Foundation.

A native of Western New York, I have been living in the Intermountain West since 1995 and Denver, Colorado since 2001. I love spending quality time with family and friends, cycling, traveling and cooking. I can often be found taking in the innumerous outdoor activities of Colorado with my husband, Sammy.

What sets me apart

Like most coaches, I left a successful (and demanding) corporate career and started a coaching business because I was responding to a strong calling and believed it would be a very meaningful career. And I am pleased to report it is! One thing I’ve discovered is that in order for me to give “my all” to my clients it is important for me to have time for the other things that matter to me: God, family, relationships, exercise and volunteering. My desire is not to become rich or famous as a coach. I do not measure my success in standard ways. As such, I limit my client load and may have a waiting list at times. I want to offer my clients my best and believe it is an honor to be used to make a difference in others’ lives.

My niche

Career transition is very close to my heart due to the incredible experiences I’ve had as I discovered who I am and what mark on want to leave on the world. I find my coaching relationships especially powerful when there is a shared spiritual belief in a Creator who loves us.

The ethics of coaching

The client-coach relationship is a professional relationship and I will hold all information as completely confidential to the extent permitted by law. I have determined my parameters of competence and will refer you to a counselor, attorney, career counselor, or financial planner as needed.

As you look at the Consylium logo… do you see a solid foundation or a brick wall?

The name of my business, Consylium, is a Latin word meaning wise purpose. I believe that wisdom is pursued through coaching. By pursuing wisdom in your life, you will begin to see that you are building a solid foundation that is not susceptible to crumbling under pressure or over time. You will feel more empowered and supported to do the things you’ve always dreamed of!

However, some of you see my logo as a brick wall that represents the obstacles in your life! If you are unable to see beyond the walls that are preventing you from achieving your dreams, you will also benefit from coaching. We will work together to get you unstuck. You too will begin to do the things you’ve always dreamed of!

In either event, I am confident that coaching will result in growth, wisdom and satisfaction in your life and at work!
