In partnership with school leaders across the nation, CONSYLIUM has developed a four-tiered framework that outlines the progression of AI readiness in K–12 schools from initial awareness (Tier I) to full-scale innovation and leadership (Tier IV).

Becoming a top-tier* school requires strategic planning, cross-departmental integration, and expert-led guidance. Selected members from our expert network (see Our Network & Focus Areas) help our school partners accelerate this progress by leveraging their experiences of successfully navigating AI at their respective institutions.

With the support of these experts, alongside our customized roadmaps and implementation strategies, our school partners can move confidently toward becoming AI-ready institutions that center ethics, community, and evidence-based approaches to teaching and learning.

Read more about each Tier below.

* The tier level of our school partners remains confidential unless they elect to communicate it independently.
