Session Format

We are committed to providing the most comprehensive AI professional development for K-12 schools in the nation, achieved through a strategic Partnership Model.

Before sessions begin, we schedule a discovery meeting with school leaders to identify which of our Focus Areas is of highest priority for their community. This ensures that every partnership is aligned with your school’s specific goals and context.

Our school partners are then assigned a tailored AI Advisory Board comprised of four to five leading experts from the CONSYLIUM Network (see Example). Together, these advisory board members bring their collective expertise to support our school partners tackle their most urgent needs and shape a coherent, forward-looking AI strategy.

Partnership Scope

Each AI Advisory Board member commits to facilitating a series of one-hour virtual sessions* scheduled during key points throughout the academic year (advisory boards that include a CONSYLIUM Research Fellow may involve in-person data collection with students and faculty). Recognizing that time is limited for teachers, not all sessions are designed for full faculty participation.

In the corresponding Example, the advisory board member specializing in Instructional Design may deliver sessions for all teaching faculty, whereas the AI Policy specialist may concentrate their efforts on an AI Steering Committee or another specialized working group. This ensures content is relevant and targeted, and maximizes the time our school partners have with each advisory board member.

Below is a Sample Timeline* for a one-year partnership.
